-Patented Retractable Rope System features retractable rope reels, making adjustments quick and easy. Longer ropes also allow for a wider range of motion for increased fluidity in exercises and more programming options

-Carriage glides smoothly on sleek C-channel aluminum rails with a patented rolling mechanism, creating a friction-free ride

-Enhanced Springs are designed to withstand intense use, perfect for Jumpboards, Cardio-Tramp® Rebounders, and other Reformer accessories. They also securely and quickly attach to the machine

-Features 3 gearbar positions, 6 carriage stopping positions, 3 headrest positions, and 4 footbar positions, providing versatility and options for various workouts

- Four-position footbar is adjustable and drops into cradles easily, allowing for hip and knee flexion regulation

- Includes a 1 in (2.5 cm) thick wooden standing platform and pommel-style shoulder rests, supporting a wide range of body weights
